Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Dogstream, a software product operated by Zipsite Solutions under the VNOC network.
1. The service
Dogstream provides community-management software — memberships, committees, projects, events, voting, a directory, and related tools — delivered as a hosted website and app. We may add, change, or remove features to improve the service.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account. Administrators are responsible for the members and content in their community.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — no unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive activity; no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access.Zipsite Solutions may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & fees
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period selected. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content your community uploads. You grant Zipsite Solutionsa limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you publish.
6. Availability & liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zipsite Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate service for breach of these terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.
